In an attempt to provide women pursuing higher levels of competition with more support, Defined Fitness Training formed an elite women s squad encompassing road, multi-sport, cyclocross, track, and mountain bike racing.  The women will be working for podium spots all season in their respective sports and Boulder Performance Lab is proud to be helping them achieve their goals.

Boulder Tri Babes

Boulder Tri Babes is a Boulder/Denver female triathlon and endurance training group.  Coached by Andie Bernard, Boulder Tri Babes are not only teammates, but also friends.  As a member, you will set and surpass goals, push you body to it’s limits, and gain valuable tips and techniques from experienced and knowledgeable coaches with a passion for multi-sport racing , and have a great time while your at it!

Greeley Triathlon Club

Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club

The Rocky Mountain Triathlon Club is the premier triathlon and multisport club in the greater Denver area. Founded by coach Charley Perez, RMTC is a fully USAT sanctioned club. While RMTC is all about triathlon, their primary goal is to provide a setting where members can both socialize and and train together.  Club workouts cater to all levels of athletes, from first timers to seasoned podium racers.
