We break the year into 4 different seasons of
training: Spring, Summer/Fall, Holiday and
Winter. Each program is designed around a
general training goal for that time of year,
although most of our schedules can be used
to train for anything from a 5K up to the half
marathon.
Whether you are looking for an organized
racing team or just a fun group of people to ride
with on the weekends, the GS Boulder Cycling
Club is here to meet your needs. GS is based in
Boulder and is comprised of all abilities and
interests, including road racing, mountain
biking, cyclocross, and track.
The University of Colorado Triathlon Team
provides an opportunity for personal growth
while promoting a common interest and
fostering participation and competition in
triathlons and multi-sport events.
To provide women pursuing higher levels of
competition with more support,
Treads.com/Defined Fitness Training formed
multi-sport, cyclocross, track, and mountain
bike racing.
With full time one on one coaching you get as
much of me as you need. Everything will be gone
over with a fine tooth comb. Training zones,
workouts, perceived excretion, etc. so we are on
the same page and our time together will be of
the highest quality and most effective. Other
aspects of your life will be gone over as well.
Boulder Sports Performance training is for those
serious individuals seeking to enhance sports
performance (i.e., speed, power, agility, muscular
endurance, lateral movement and core strength)
through a variety of plyometric, strength,
cardiovascular and isometric exercises.
Boulder Banditos are a casual group of trail
runners who just like trail running! Located
mostly in Boulder, Colorado, they are
self-organized, fun, social folks who enjoy
traveling to races, sharing experiences, and
training together.
The Rocky Mountain Tri Club was founded with
the primary goal of providing a framework for
athletes of all ages and abilities to partake in
triathlons. Club workouts generally cater three
different levels; Easy, Mid - Level and Difficult
with club members choosing which level
workout they prefer.
A 23 old, from Boulder, CO, Michael is currently
a Cat 3 road and cyclocross racer. He is the
2009 Cat 4 Colorado state criterium champion
and was voted the 2009 Cat 4 Best Cyclcross
Rider. Shooting to be a Cat 2 rider by the end
of 2010, Michael is aspiring to one day ride at
the pro level.
