Boulder Performance Lab provides human performance testing for all levels of endurance athletes.

The physiology tests and services performed at BPL include

• Full Range Calorimeter

• Calories/hr Burn Rate

• Respiratory Exchange Ratio (RER)

• Fat/Carb % utilization

• Ventilatory Threshold

• Hemoglobin / Hematocrit levels

The goal of BPL, a locally owned independent lab, is to provide laboratory-accuracy testing and results at a fair price, while maintaining a high level of personal service.

Congrats to fast forward athlete Dave Kellermanns! We quantitatively measured a 12% increase in his LT pace over a 10-week training and testing period.  Quite an increase given the timeframe.  Great job Dave!
