Boulder Performance Lab is sponsoring the following races during the 2008 season- 

BUFFER BUFFALO 5K SERIES

This fall, The CU Triathlon Team is continuing the popular Buffer Buffalo 5K series.  The races are located at the CU Research Park at 33rd and Colorado Blvd.  This is a great way to get a race and a workout in at the same time.  All races start at 6:30, and occur every Thursday evening from September 25th to October 16th.

Blue Sky Marathon

Sunday, October 5th, 2008-  Blue Sky Events presents the inaugural Blue Sky Marathon trail race. It's not the normal marathon-  It will start and finish at the Soderberg Trailhead in the Horsetooth Mountain Open Space near Fort Collins, CO. The route will run between Horsetooth Mountain Park and the Devil’s Backbone Open Space. The majority of the trail will be single track with a variety of terrain ranging from smooth dirt paths to very technical rocky sections. A small portion of the route will be on smooth dirt road and gravel bike path.

The total elevation gain for the route will be approximately 3,268 ft. Most of the course is rolling hills with a few moderate climbs. For more information-

5430 Sports Triathlon Series

Boulder Performance Lab will be participating in all three of the 5430 races this season.  Look for the BPL tent at the expos.

  5430 Sprint triathlon, June 15th

 5430 Long Course- half-ironman distance triathlon, August 10th

GS Boulder Cycling- Niwot Criterium

The Historic Niwot Crit is a front range classic. A flat, fast, and technical 1 mile course through downtown Niwot Colorado. With 2 of the 7 corners sharper than 90 degrees, racers and spectators can expect an exciting day of racing full of breakaways, shattered fields, and tactical moves.

GS Boulder Cycling Team- Haystack Mountain Time Trials

Saturday, April 12th, 2008-  GS Boulder presents the annual Haystack Mountain Time Trials.  Individual and teams will race the 16.8 mile loop north of Boulder.  Cat 1 riders to citizens to juniors will be there to race and have fun.  Boulder Performance Lab is proud to sponsor this event.  Links-

Tom Danielson Junior Cycling Cup Series
