"It was a phenomenal experience. The knowledge I gained from these tests will
definitely help me take my performance to the next level. I've been a triathlete
for over four years and the spin scan analysis helped me identify inefficiencies
with my pedal stroke that have been hindering my bike performance. The VO2
max and lactate threshold tests also gave me a better idea on how to create
more effective training workouts without the risk of injury or overtraining. If I had
